Spicy Roasted Chickpeas



200 gr canned chickpeas
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons olive oil
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
Rosemary twig


1. Preheat oven to 220 C - 420 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the chickpeas, olive oil, salt and spices until combined.

3. Plour the mixture onto baking sheet. Place the rosemary on top and bake in preheated oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
