Easy Puff Pastry Cream Cheese Rolls



10 Sheets of puff pastry
100 cream cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 egg 
nigella seeds


1. Preheat your oven to 200C - 390F and line a muffin tin with 10 paper liners.

2. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese and dried parsley

3. Spread 1 tablespoon cream mixture onto each puff pastry. Roll the puff pastry and cut in 3 pieces. Place 4 pieces into each muffin cup to create a flower shape.

4. Brush each flower with beaten egg and top with nigella seeds.

Bake in preheated oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
