320 gr all purpose flour
225 ml lukewarm water
1 tbsp dry yeast
1,5 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil for your hands

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, add the yeast and water. Mixing to dissolve the yeast first. Knead until a smooth and elastic dough begins to form. Grease the bowl with oil, place the dough, cover and let sit for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2. Heat a large pot oil. Divide dough into mandarin size balls. Well your fingers in oil. Flatten each dough out with your fingers. Fry both sides until golden brown for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Repeat with remaining dough.
