3 Ingredient Banana Bread | Sugar-Free



  • 300 g self-rising flour or cake flour 
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 overripe bananas, mashed
  • handful chopped walnuts, optional
  • 2 tbsp coconut, optional
  • handful dates, pitted and sliced

1. Preheat your oven to 175C(350F) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas and eggs. Add the flour and stir until incorporated. Add the nuts(optional) and stir until combined.
3. Pour the batter into the greased ban. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Remove the banana bread from the pan. Slice and serve.
