Leftover Cake Truffles - No Bake12:12
makes 15 balls
3 slices (chocolate) cake
1/2 cream cheese
1 tbsp heavy cream
chopped nuts, optional
200 gr white chocolate, melted
1 tbsp Nutella, melted
1. Crumble the cake, combine with the cream cheese, heavy cream and nuts. Knead for a few minutes. Should be claggy and holding together, if not add little more chream cheese or heavy cream.
2. Form into 1 inch balls with hands, place on wax wrap on a plate. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Remove the balls from freezer, using a tsp dip the balls in the melted chocolate. Place back on lined plate. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to set.
4. Use fork, drizzle some melted Nutella on each ball for decorating.
