Ingredients
- 300 g self-rising flour or cake flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- handful chopped walnuts, optional
- 2 tbsp coconut, optional
- handful dates, pitted and sliced

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 175C(350F) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas and eggs. Add the flour and stir until incorporated. Add the nuts(optional) and stir until combined.
3. Pour the batter into the greased ban. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Remove the banana bread from the pan. Slice and serve.
For 15 donuts
410 g all purpose flour
1 sachet baking powder (15 g)
50 ml vegetable oil
175 ml milk
1 egg
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Pot frying oil
For the glaze:(optional)
5 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, oil, suagr and salt. Stir in the flour and baking powder. knead until a elastic ball of dough begins to form. Add more flour if dough is too sticky.
2. On a floured surface, Roll dough out to about 1/4-inch thick. Use a doughnut cutter (or 2 concentric cutters) to cut out the doughnuts. Remove the holes. (use bottle caps)
3. (optional) In a small bowl, combine the honey and water. Set aside,
4. Heat pot frying oil over medium heat. Fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
(optional) Dip in honey glaze or use your favorite glaze.
