INGREDIENTS

  • 10 cookies (your favorite)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • handful almonds
  • Coconut for coating
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place cookies, sliced banana and handful almonds in a food processor or powerful blender. Process for 20 seconds or until combined
2. Roll into balls and roll in coconut.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. I keep mine in freezer and pop one in the lunchbox. It's defrosted by snack time.
