Easter Bunny Bread



240 millilitre yogurt
1 egg 
1 egg white
100 millilitre oil
300 gram all purpose flour
1 sachet baking powder (16 gr)
1/2 teaspoon salt


1 egg yolk, beaten
currants for the eyes
almond ( shavings ) for the mouth


1. Preheat oven to 175°C - 350°F

2. In a large bowl, combine ingredients for dough. Knead until a elastic ball of dough begins to form.

3. Roll into equal size balls. Place on baking sheet, flatten lighty with your hands. 
Cut upside and shape into a rabbit heat.

4. Place 2 currants for the eyes and 1 almond for the mouth. Brush each bunny with beaten egg yolk.

5. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
