Spelt Flour Crackers with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
200 gram spelt flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
100 gram water
Top with:
Water
sesame seeds
sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 175c/345f and line a sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and water. Knead until an elastic dough.
3. On a floured surface, roll out dough.
4. Brush with water, top with sesame and sea salt. Roll lightly to seal. Cut with a knife into squares.
6. Place on lined sheet and bake in preheat oven for about 8 minutes.
