Apple Crumble


( serves 4 crumbles )

75 gram butter
75 gram all purpose flour
75 gram ( casting ) sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon


1 tablespoon butter for the pan
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon

oven: preheat 180 c ( 350 f )
baking time: for about 15-20 minutes


1. Make the crumble dough: In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumble. Crumble with your hands.

2. Make the filling: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter. Place the diced apples and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes or until softened.

3. Preheat your oven to 180°C - 350°F and grease 4 cups.

5. Divide the filling into the greased cups top with the crumble dough.

6. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
