Homemade Cheeseburgers


3 servings

300 grams minced beef
1 tbsp mustard
1 egg
2 tbsp bread crumbs
ground black pepper

oil for the pan

1 onion, sliced.
3 slices cheese
3 hamburger buns
3 slices pickle


1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mince, mustard, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 3 burgers with yours. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

2. Grill a skillet over medium heat, oil the pan. Add onion slices and grill for about 3-4 minutes. Set aside. Place the hamburger buns and grill for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.

3. Grill both sides of brugers over medium heat in oiled skillet for about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and ground pepper on top. Place the cheese slices on top and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Build the burgers: Spread bunns with mayonnaise, top with lettuce and pickle slices. Place the cheeseburger and top with onion slices.
