Crispy Roasted Potatoes



6-7 large potatoes 
1 tsp red pepper powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper or pinch cilli
1 tsp curcuma powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
pinch dried oregano


1. Preheat your oven to 210 c/410 f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Clean the potatoes, cut into wedges. Place in a large bowl. Add the spices, salt, flour and oil. Combine until well coated.

3. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
