Dutch Spelt Flour Egg Biscuits 'Eierkoeken'

Ingredients

2 eggs
100 grams sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 grams spelt flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 180 C - 355 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into the beaten egg. Whisk until incorporated.


3. Scoop with a spoon a lot of the batter onto the lined sheet. spread the batter round with the back of the spoon.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
