Cherry Mango Crumble


 makes 4 crumbles

for the crumble
75 grbutter at room temperature
75 gr all purpose flour
75 gr granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
for the filling
butter for the pan
1/2 mango, diced
15 cherries, pitted and diced

oven: preheat 180 c / 350 f
baking time: for about 15-20 minutes


1. Preheat the oven to 180 c / 350 f grease 4 small oven cups.

2. Make the filling: Melt the butter in a pan, add the mango, cherry and cinnamon powder
cook until softened for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

3. Make the crumble dough: In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. Crumble with your hands.

4. Divide the filling over the greased cups. Top each cup with the crumble dough.

5. Bake the crumles in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
