Garlic-Rosemary Flatbread


makes 8 flatbreads

Premade pizza dough  Pizza dough recipe
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
coarse sea salt

Oven: preheated 220 c 425 f

bakingtime: for about 10 minutes


1. Make the pizza dough.

2. Place the butter, oil and garlic in a medium sauce pan over medium heat until butter melted. Set aside.

3. Preheat oven to 220 C - 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dust with cornmeal.

4. Divide pizza dough into 8 equal sized balls. Roll each dough out on a fcornmeal dusted  surface. Place on lined sheet.

5. Brush each flatbread with the butter mixture and top with rosemary.

6. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
