Ingredients
500 gram minced beef
2 eggs
pinch salt
Ground pepper
Ground nutmeg
50 gram butter for the pan
Instructions
1. In a large bowl combine the meats, eggs, ground pepper, nutmeg, salt and bread crumbs. It works well to squish the mixture with your hands. Shape the meat into desired size. Place in fridge to set for about 10 minutes.
2. Coat a large saute pan with butter and bring to a medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
3. Serve the meatballs with homemade satay sauce.
