Peanut Lace Cookies


makes 16

30 gr butter, melted
75 gr light brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
pinch salt
2 tbsp water
25 gr all purpose flour
30 gr peanuts, crushed


1. Preheat your oven to 175 C - 350 F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and stir until incorporated.

3. Drop teaspoonsfuls of batter onto the lined sheets. (leaving about 3-4 inches between each cookie since they spread)

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 7 to 10 minutes.
