Salted Caramel Popcorn



300 gr popped kernels
150 ml caramel sauce -> Caramel sauce recipe
1/2 tsp kosher salt


1. Prheat your oven to 200 C - 390 F.

2. Pour the caramel suace over the popcorn. Stir until all of the kernels coated.

3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the popcorn all over the sheet. Spread the popcorn out into an even layer.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes.

5. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with the salt. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up t0 1 week.
