Ingredients

130 gr peanut butter
100 gr granulated sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp all purpose flour
80 gr crushed M&M's

1 tbsp sugar for top


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 180 C - 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. 

3. Roll into walnut size balls, coat with sugar and place on lined baking sheet. Use fork, flatten each cookie lightly.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
