Easy Truffles Recipe - no bake

Ingredients
makes 12

100 gr biscuits, crumbled
2 tbsp butter melted or cream cheese
2 tbsp hazelnut paste

top:

1 tbsp pistachio nuts, ground
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp white chocolate chips

coconut, ground walnuts...

Instructions

1. In a foodprocessor, crush crumbled cookies, butter or cream cheese and hazelnut paste. Run the foodprocessor until well combined. 

2. Roll into walnut size balls. Coat with nuts. Refrigerate until firm, for about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
