How to: Homemade pesto


100 gr fresh basil leaves
25 gr Pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch salt 


roast the pine nuts on medium heat until golden.

Place all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and pulse a several times

until smooth

Keep up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
