Apple Pancakes


Apple pancakes recipe

serves 8 pancakes

1 egg
1 sachet vanilla sugar
pinch salt
200 ml buttermilk 
(or 100 ml milk and 100 ml yogurt)
2 tbsp olive oil
150 gr all purpose flour
1/2 sachet baking powder
1 medium apple, sliced

butter for the pan


Slice the apple and remove the core.

In a medium bowl, beat the egg and vanilla sugar,
add the buttermilk and olive oil, beat together.
Add the flour and baking powder and beat until smooth.

Melt butter in a skillet, scoop a lade of butter into the pan.
Cook 1 minute over medium heat

Place the apple and cook for 30 seconds.

Flip the other side and cook for 30 - 50 seconds.
Serve warm with powdered sugar or honey.
