Hot Chocolate Soufflé With Raspberries


4 servings

50 gr melted butter
100 gr dark chocolate
3 eggs
70 gr powdered sugar
70 gr all purpose flour
50 gr raspberries


1. Preheat the oven to 220C/420F and grease 4 souffle dishes with butter or oil.

2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from heat add the chocolate until melted; set aside.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and powdered sugar.
Add the flour and stir. Add the chocolate and whisk together.
Add the (frozen) raspberries and stir with a spatula.

4. Pour the batter into the greased dishes. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve warm.
