Blueberries White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
100 gr melted butter
200 gr white chocolate chips
100 gr light brown sugar
50 gr granulated sugar
1 egg
200 gr all purpose flour
150 gr blueberries, frozen
oven: preheated 170 c / 340 f
baking time: 20 minutes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 c / 340 f line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with a handmixer.
Add the egg and whisk until smooth. Add the flour butter mixture, whisk together.
Add now the white chocolate chips and blueberries, stir with a spatula
Scoop batter onto the baking sheet,
flatten lightly with your hands. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool.
