Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
12 servings

60 gr melted butter
75 gr dark chocolate
1 egg
80 gr sugar
100 gr all purpose flour
pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
70 ml milk

50 gr dark chocolate chips
50 gr white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 c / 390 f. 
Line a muffin tin with paper liners; set aside.

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, remove from heat add the dark chocolate, stir together until the chocolate melts.

set aside.



3. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg and sugar. Add the butter-chocolate mixture and whisk.
Stir in  the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the milk and whisk until smooth


4. Add the 2/3 of the chocolate chips to the batter, mix until incorporated.


5. Scoop a lade of the batter into the muffin tin 


6. Top with the remaining chocolate chips


7. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
