30 Minute Nutella Stuffed Doughnuts


Serves: 9 stuffed doughnuts - Prep time: 20 minutes - Cooking time: 10 minutes - Total time: 30 minutes

  • 430 g all purpose flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder (15 g)
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 175 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
You also needed:
  • Nutella or another stuffing (jam, custard)
  • Water
  • Pot frying oil
  • icing sugar


1. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, oil, suagr and salt. Stir in the flour and baking powder. knead until a elastic ball of dough begins to form. Add more flour if dough is too sticky.

2. Dip your hands in oil. Roll dough into 18 equal size balls. Flatten each ball with your hands. Place 3 tbsp of stuffing onto 9 of the round doughs and brush the sides with water. Place the other 9 rounds onto the stuffed rounds and press with your fingers to seal.

3. Heat pot frying oil over medium. Fry both sides of doughnuts until golden brown. Drain on kitchen towel lined plate and dust with icing sugar.
