Brie Cranberry Swirls


Yields: 16-18 swirls - Prep time: 10 minutes - Baking time: 15 minutes - Total time: 25 minutes


  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (270 g)
  • 200 g brie cheese, sliced
  • 100 gr cranberries, dried

1. Preheat the oven to 220C(428F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry. Spread the sliced brie over the pastry. Sprinkle the cranberries over the brie. 

3. Starting at one of the long ends, roll the pastry up as tightly as possible. Use sharp knife, cut into 1/2 inch swirls. Place on lined sheet.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. 

*These can be prepared in advance, stored, covered in the fridge and then baked just before serving.
