Abricot Energy Balls - No Bake

Serves: 20 small balls - Prep time: 15 minutes - Cooking time: 0 minutes - Total time: 15 minutes



  

Ingredients

  • 200 g dried abricots
  • 50 g raw almonds
  • 30 g coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • pinch salt
  • pinch cinnamon
  • +more coconut for coating the balls

Instructions





1. In a foodprocessor, combine the ingredients and pulse for about 5 minutes or until smooth.

2. Roll into equal size balls, coat with coconut. Enjoy!
