3 Ingredient Flatbreads in Only 10 minutes


Serves: 10 flatbreads - Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 5 minutes - Total time: 10 minutes


300 g self-rising flour*
250 g Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp salt

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt and salt. Knead until a smooth ball of dough begins to form add more flour if needed.

2. Roll dough into 10 equal size balls. On a floured surface, flatten each ball lightly with your hands.

3. Heat a skillet over medium, cook both sides of each dough over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining dough.
