Pear Goat Cheese Honey Mustard Salad


Servings: 1 - Prep Time: 10 minutes - Total time: 10 minutes

  • 2 cups of red leaf lettuce
  • handful walnut, chopped
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pear, cored and sliced
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1,5 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds, ground
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pinch salt and ground black pepper

1. Make the dressing: Use mortar and pestel, grind the mustard seeds.
Combine in a medium mixing bowl, vinegar, oil, honey, musard, gound mustard seeds, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, walnuts, crumbled goat cheese and sliced pears. Pour dressing over salad before serving.
