4 Ingredient Choco Chip Banana Bread - SUGAR-FREE

  • 3 overripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 gr cake flour or self-rising flour*
  • 80 gr dark chocolate chips
  • Loaf pan
  • butter or nonstick spray


1. Preheat your oven to 175C(350F) and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and eggs until creamy. Add the floyr and stir until incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and stir until well combined. Pour the cake batter into the greased pan.

3. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Remove the banana bread from the pan. Slice and serve.
