Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
- 400 gr ground beef
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 100 gr kidney beans
- 100 gr sweet corn
- 100 gr tortilla chips
- handful black olives, pitted and sliced
- 100 gr shredded Cheddar cheese
Taco seasoning:
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp cummin
- 1/3 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1. Preheat your oven to 220C(428F) and prepare a baking pan.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and onion. Fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add grund beef and cook until well browned. Season with the spices and add little bit more salt. Cook 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat.
3. Combine the beef mixture and sweet corn, kidney beans and chopped tomatoes.
4. Arrange the tortilla chips on a rimmed baking pan. Top with the beef mixture, black olives and shredded cheddar.
5. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
