Potato Gratin Recipe


Servings: 4  Prep Time: 5 minutes  Cooking time: 10 minutes  
Baking time: 30 minutes  Total time:  45 minutes


  • 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 garlic clove, cutted
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • 150 gr cheese, shredded


1. Place the sliced potatoes in a pot biling water. Cook for about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Preheat your oven to 220C(428F) and grease a baking dish with butter.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, heavy cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Add the potatoes and stir well. Transfer to prepared dish.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until top is brown.
