Triple Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 gr melted butter
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 250 gr all purpose flour
  • 50 gr white chocolate chunks
  • 50 gr milk chocolate chunks
  • 75 gr dark chocolate chips
Instructions





1. Preheat your oven to 175C(347F) and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the eggs and sugar. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla exract and melted butter. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, pinch salt and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.

3. Add 3/4 of chocolate chunks. Stir until incorporated.

4. Use ice cream spoon, scoop batter in lined paper cups. Top with remaining chocolate chunks. 

5. Bake in perheated oven for about 25 minutes.
