Beef Shawarma Recipe (Shoarma)

Total time: 35 minutes


  • 400 gr sirlion steak(beef), cut in thin strips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of cayenne
  • salt and black pepper

1. Cut steak in thin strips. Transfer to a large bowl, combine steak, oil, spices and salt. Cover the marinating dish with plastic wrap, or close the zipper bag. Place chicken in the refrigerator and let it marinate at least 15 minutes, up to overnight.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium. Saute the mrinated steak for about 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Serve with flatbread.
