One-Pot Mac 'n' Cheese


4 Servings

300 gr elbow macaroni
125 ml whole milk
1 tbsp butter
salt and ground pepper
150 gr cheddar cheese, shredded
50 gr parmesan, shredded
50 gr mozzarella, shredded
1 tbsp bread crumbs


1. In a pot salted boiling water, add the macaroni and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stirring frequently. Cook until the macaroni is tender.
Drain the macaroni.

2. Melt butter in the pan. Add macaroni, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in the cheese and bread crumbs. Cook for another 3-4 minutes over medium heat or until cheese is melted. Serve hot with more bread crumbs on top.
