Dutch Sausage Rolls

For the dough:
170 gr all purpose flour
7 gr (1 sachet) dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp butter, softened
90 ml lukewarm water
For the sausages:
300 gr minced beef
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp honey
salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch nutmeg
1 tsp white pepper
1 egg, whisked
Instructions
1. Prepare the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, sugar and butter. Now add the water in small amounts at a time, kneading the dough until its firm and smooth. Leave to rise for 10 minutes in a bowl covered with a clean cloth.
2. Divide into 6 portions and let them rise covered for another 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, take the meat and mix in the honey, mustard powder, mustard and season with salt, pepper and spices. Add 1/4 of the egg and the breadcrumbs. Form 6 suasages, this goes easiest with wet hands. Place on floured plate and set aside.
4. On a floured surface, roll out each ball of dough and wrap in the sausages. Seal the edges with egg wash. Place on lined baking sheet. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
5. Preheat your oven to 200C(400F).
6. Brush top of each sausage rolls with remaining egg was. Bake the suasage rolls in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
