Baked Garlic Parmesan Crispy Potato Wedges


4 Servings

7 medium potatoes, sliced into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and ground pepper

for the seasoning
4 tbsp olive oil
50 gr shredded parmesan cheese
2 garlic, pressed
handful fresh parsley, chopped
ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground chilli pepper


1. Preheat your oven to 220C(428F)

2. Transfer the potato wedges to a baking tray. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir together until combined. Bake in preheated oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Make the seasoning: In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and chilli. 

4. Drizzle the potatoes with the seasoning and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until cthe potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.
