Coconut Raspberry Cubes - No Bake



150 gr cream cheese
500 gr icing sugar
300 gr coconut
50 gr forzen raspberries


1. Grease a 23 x 23 cm pan and line with parchment paper.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and icing sugar stir until incorporated. Add the coconut stir until well combined. 

3. Pour half of the mixture into the lined pan.

4. Add the raspberries to the remaining mixture. Stir until incorporated.

5. Pour the mixture over the white mixture. Spread in an even layer. 

6. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.

7. Cut into cubes.
