No Yeast, No Oven Pizza Recipe - Pizza in 20 minutes


Skillet pizza in 20 minutes

Servings 4

For the dough:
1 egg
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp water
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
250 gr all purpose flour

Tomato paste or pasta sauce

For the chicken:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
200 gr chicken breast, cubed
spices; (red pepper, black pepper, salt, coriander, chilli)
1 tbsp pineapple juice (optional)

Toping: (your favorite toping0
bell pepper
shredded cheese


1. Dough: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the dough and half of the flour knead until a elastic dough. Add more flour if dough is too sticky. Set aside.

2. Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet. Brown chicken breast over medium heat. Season with spices and salt. Add pineapple juice(optional) cook for another 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

3. Heat a large skillet with lid. Brush with vegetable oil. Divide dough into 4 equal size balls. Roll eacht dough out on a floured surface into a thin crust. Transfer to the heated skillet. Top with tomato paste, chicken, vegetables and cheese. (use your favorite topings). Cover the skillet and cook the pizza for 6 to 7 minutes over medium to low heat adjust the heat as needed to make sure the bottom gets golden but doesn't burn. The pizza is ready as soon as the cheese has melted to your liking.
