Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookies


Yield 15 cookies

85 gr butter, melted
150 gr light brown sugar
1 egg
125 gr all purpose flour
pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
100 gr dark chocolate chunks
100 gr white chocolate chunks


1. Preheat your oven to 170 C - 338 F and line 2 baking sheets.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar and egg. Sith in the flour, salt and baking soda. Sir until incorporated. Add the chocolate chunks and stir until wel combined.

3. Drop heaping tablespoon-size balls of dough about 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
