Double Cheeseburger Recipe

For the burgers:
500 gr minced beef
salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil for frying
4 burger buns
1 tbsp butter
8 slices cheese
1 pickle, cutted
For the sauce:
2 pickles, diced
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tbsp yellow mustard
ground pepper
Instructions
1. Make the sauce: In a bowl, stir together the pickles, sauces and ground pepper until combined. Chill in refrigerator.
2. Toast the burger buns: Cut each bun and grease butter on top and bottom. Grill the burger buns simply onto the grill until slightly charred or bake them in the oven: Preheat your oven to 220 C - 428 F. Place the cutted and buttered burger buns in oven and toast them for about 5 to 8 minutes.
3. Make the burgers: In a bowl, combine the mince, salt and ground pepper. Shape into burgers. Season both sides with salt and ground pepper.
4. Grill the burgers: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet. Place the burgers and grill both sides for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat. When cooked trough, Place the sliced cheese on each burger and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Build the hamburgers: Place 1 tbsp of the sauce onto the bottom of each bun and top each bun with 2 burgers. (2 burgers for 1 bun). Place sliced pickles on top of each burger. Place the top of the bun. Enjoy!
