2 Ingredient Chocolate Cake



3 eggs
165 gr dark chocolate, melted


1. Preheat your oven to 170 C - 338 F. Grease a 16cm (6inch) round cake pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with an electric mixer for about 6 to 7 minutes. Add the melted chocolate stir with a spatula until completely incorporated.

3. Pour the mixture into the greased pan. Drop the pan lightly on the counter to raise the air bubbles out of the batter.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.

5. When done, cool in pan for about 20 minutes. 

*Serve with icing sugar, whipping cream and fresh fruit on top.
