Chicken Satay Recipe

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 garlic, pressed
1 tbsp sambal
ground black pepper
salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ketjap
serve with peanut sauce peanut sauce recipe
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes, place in a medium bowl.
2. Marinade: Combine the chicken breast, sambal, ketjap, salt pepper, oil and pressed garlic.
Stir until combined.
3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp oil. Grill 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked trough.
5. Serve with satay sauce.
