Marble Bundt cake recipe


3 eggs
165 gr granulated sugar
200 ml vegatable oil
200 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
 1 sachet baking powder
250 gr all purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder


1. Preheat your oven to 170c/340f and grease a 22x12 cm bundt pan; set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat on low speed 3 eggs and 165 gr sugar until creamy for about 7 minutes.

3. Add milk, vegatable oil and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.

4. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and beat on low speed 2-3 minutes until smooth.

5. Pour 3/4 of the batter into the greased pan

6. Sift 1 tbsp cocoa powder into the remaining batter. Stir with a spatula until completely incorporated. Pour it onto the vanilla mixture. 

7. Place in preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. 

8. Allow the cake to cool for about 20 minutes before remove it from the pan.
