Soft Dinner Rolls


Makes 12

225 ml warm water
1 tbsp dry yeast
42 gr sugar
2 tbsp vegatable oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
385 gr all purpose flour

1 tbsp melted butter


1. In a large bowl, stir together the warm water, dry yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 5minutes. Add vegatable oil, salt and flour knead until a smooth dough. 

2. Oil a medium bowl, place the dough into the oiled bowl, brush the top of dough with oil and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Or until dubbeled in size.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into 12 equal size balls. Place on lined sheet. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

4. Preheat your oven to 175c/350 f. 

5. Bake the dinner rolls for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

5. When done; brush the top of dinner rolls with the melted butter.
