Puff Pastry Fruit Tarts



Sheets of puff pastry
Custard Custard Recipe
Handfull raspberries, frozen
Handfull cherries, pitted
icing sugar


1. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 220 C - 430 F.

2. With a pizza cutter, cut each pastry into 2 rectangles. Lightly score a border 3/4 inch from edges. Place on baking sheet.

3. Place 1 tbsp custard onto each pastry. Top with fruit.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven.

5. Dust icing sugar on top.
