Crispy Fried Hot Wings



11 chicken wings
1 tbsp butter, melted
Ground black pepper
Ground paprika powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp sambal
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp all purpose flour

Pot frying oil


1. Preheat your oven to 190c/375f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the chicken wings onto the lined sheet. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.

3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine melted butter, ground black pepper, salt, paprika powder, Cayenne pepper, sambal and chilli sauce.

4. When wings are baked, dip in sauce and flour to coat well. Return coated wings to baking sheet and bake for another 20 minutes.

5. Heat a small pot of oil, place wings one at a time into the oil fry until golden brown over low heat. Season with salt.
