Baguette Pizza



2 baguettes
100 gr grated cheese
2 tbsp tomato paste
10 slices pepperoni


1. Preheat your oven to 220 C - 430 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Create a "canoe" out of the baguette by cutting an opening down the length of the baguette and removing bread to create space for the stuffing. Using your fingers, pull out a total of 6 oz. of bread.

3. Stuff the baguettes with grated cheese and tbsp tomato sauce. Top with more grated cheese and pepperoni slices.

4. Bake in preheated oven until the bread is crusty and the cheese is melted.
