Mini corn dogs recipe


25-30 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
25-30 mini hot dogs
225 gr cornmeal
62 gr all purpose flour
3 tsp sugar
pinch salt
350 ml buttermilk
30 gr cornstarch
vegatable oil for frying


1. In a large bowl add cornmeal, all purpose flour, sugar, salt combine and whisk until smooth.

2. Place the skewers into the hot dogs.
Genly roll the hot dog in cornstarch.
3. Heat the oil to 350 f
4. Gently dip the hot dogs into the batter.

5. Fry until golden brown 2-3 minutes.
